I have helped people buy and sell personal homes, land, rental and flip investment properties for 16 years. In 2009 I created “Homeless to Homestead” a seminar that taught people how to buy a home from start to finish. The course applied to everyone from renters who may have had credit issues to homeowners who had been out of the market for a while. The course struck such a chord with the National Association of Realtors, they gifted our board a 5K grant, and I was flown to speak in front of the National Convention. I have a talent for seeing profit potential in Real Estate. I have also worked extensively with investors in Abilene, Dallas, and Austin by helping them boost their profits through buying and selling properties in a more efficient manner. I was awarded the Presidential Award by the Abilene Board of Realtors for outstanding service in 2010 & 2011 & 2012.
